1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains refunds and withdrawal rights for Beepaway Coins and digital deliverables. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Scope
This policy covers coin purchases and coin redemptions on Beepaway. Physical OBD dongle orders through our shop are separate — see Section 7.
3. Spent Coins — No Refunds
When you redeem coins for verified queue access, you expressly agree to receive the digital config package (configuration file + EU ISA setup guide PDF) as disclosed before redemption.
Redemption is final. We do not refund spent coins, including after your config is marked ready or after you download deliverables.
By checking the deliverables consent box and completing redemption, you acknowledge immediate start of digital performance and loss of withdrawal right for that redemption where permitted by law.
4. Unspent Purchased Coins — 14-Day Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and purchased coins that remain unspent in your account, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the payment confirmation date.
Email support@beepaway.com with subject "Coin Withdrawal Request", your account email, and the purchase date or click ID if available.
If eligible, we will refund the original payment method via our payment processor where possible and remove the corresponding unspent coins from your balance.
If you requested immediate availability of coins and used any coins before withdrawing, only the remaining unspent balance may be refunded proportionally or withdrawal may not apply to the used portion — contact us for your specific case.
5. Digital Content Exception
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.
Our in-app deliverables disclosure and checkbox satisfy this acknowledgment before coin redemption.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If payment was charged but coins were not credited, contact support within 14 days with your click ID. We will investigate and either credit coins or arrange a refund.
Duplicate charges caused by technical errors will be refunded or credited after verification.
7. Physical Shop Orders
OBD dongle purchases via /shop are separate transactions processed through PureCheckout. Return and refund terms for physical goods are described on the shop product page (including our 30-day satisfaction commitment where stated).
Coin rules in this policy do not apply to physical hardware orders.
8. Chargebacks
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks after deliverables were provided may result in account suspension and reversal of access. Contact support first so we can resolve legitimate issues.
